Our removals crew are permanently employed with us. We DO NOT outsource contractors which ensure we not only control the quality of the move but we know who we are sending into your home or office.

Frank Hocking started work at Victoria University as a contract security guard back in 1987 at the St Albans campus. It was Frank’s responsibility to patrol the campus each day to provide a safe environment, provide information to visitors, secure buildings and on occasions, assist the Facilities office staff in maintenance contractor management.

From these beginnings, Frank decided he wanted to do more than just security work and went about to create his company Rapid Removals. Frank asked for the chance to quote for removal work at the University and he was given the opportunity based on the face that he was reliable, trustworthy and highly regarded whilst working here.

Rapid Removals, with Frank at the helm, won more and more work at the University and established his company as the University’s preferred removalists. Whilst Rapid Removals continues to provide good quality service at competitive rates, the University will go on engaging them for removals work.
